1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the codph online gaming platform, accessible at codph.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein. This Agreement is effective from the date you create a codph account or, where applicable, the date of the most recent update as published on this page — whichever is later.

By completing the codph registration process, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and codph and supersede any prior understanding or representations, whether oral or written.

codph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to codph and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. codph will verify your age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, any deposits refunded where practicable, and winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

codph services are intended solely for players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing codph is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a codph account, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your own name
• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A unique password meeting codph's minimum security requirements
• Your residential address within the Philippines

You agree that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of codph will be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active codph account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited. codph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, codph reserves the right to suspend all related accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

2.5 KYC Verification

codph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) UMID card, PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID. Additional verification documents may be requested at codph's discretion, particularly for high-volume accounts or where identity concerns arise.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your codph account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. codph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify codph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. codph will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily suspend account access during an investigation. However, codph cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost prior to the notification of a security breach.

Your codph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Betting on behalf of third parties, whether using your account or otherwise, is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

codph accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso and held in your codph wallet. codph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the registered codph account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification — codph will not process any withdrawal until identity verification is complete. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes; bank transfers typically process within one (1) to three (3) business days.

codph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 within any rolling 30-day period, which may include requests for source-of-funds documentation in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

4.3 Currency

All codph transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). codph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or facilitate cryptocurrency withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

codph offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all codph bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms; certain live casino tables and sports betting markets may be excluded from wagering contribution
• Bonuses are valid for the duration stated in the individual promotion — expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation
• codph reserves the right to void bonus awards and any related winnings where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is detected
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only; employees of codph and their immediate family members are not eligible

codph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active wagering progress.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on codph operate in accordance with rules published within each individual game interface and the documentation provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

codph uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games, certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure genuinely random and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating from licensed studio environments and are subject to the same oversight as RNG games.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or interrupted game session, codph will endeavour to reinstate the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the relevant player wallets at codph's discretion. codph's determination in such matters is final.

Any bet placed using a malfunctioning bonus, exploiting a software error, or taking advantage of a pricing or odds discrepancy identified as a manifest error will be considered void. codph will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors and reserves the right to recover any such amounts from the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at codph and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated mechanism to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing card information in live games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms
• Attempting to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit any codph system, software, or security feature
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the codph platform to launder money in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines
• Registering more than one codph account or registering under a false identity
• Allowing any other individual to access or use your codph account
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered in good faith
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening conduct toward codph staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing codph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and misrepresenting your location to circumvent geographic restrictions

8 Responsible Gaming

codph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered codph players and can be activated from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your codph account
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic displays of your net win/loss position during active gaming sessions
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your codph account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from codph for a minimum period of six (6) months

Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of submission. During any active self-exclusion period, codph will not send promotional communications to the affected account and will block any attempt to create a new account using the same identity or mobile number. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the codph platform — including but not limited to the codph brand name, logo, game content, software, text, graphics, page layouts, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of codph or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the codph platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of codph.

Your codph account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, scrape, frame, or systematically extract data from codph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, codph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service.

codph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your codph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

codph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control — including telecommunications outages, PAGCOR directives, force majeure events, or Philippine government orders — may result in temporary unavailability of services. codph will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

codph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering a codph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR and AMLC reporting obligations), and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. codph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data will be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement authorities only where required by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

codph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a platform notification displayed upon your next login and, where applicable, via SMS to your registered mobile number. The amended terms will take effect 14 days after notice is given unless the change is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the codph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request a withdrawal of your remaining balance prior to account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to codph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of your complaint.

codph will respond to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. The jurisdiction of Philippine courts shall apply to unresolved disputes.
